Francisco Bonnett is an associate in the Administrative Law and Public Procurement Area, specializing in administrative law, public procurement and public management.

He is a lawyer from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru - PUCP (2012) and has specialized studies in Public Contracting and Administrative Law from the PUCP and is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Public Management from the Universidad del Pacífico.

He has more than five (5) years of work experience in public procurement and administrative law as a lawyer specializing in public procurement at the State Procurement Supervisory Body - OSCE.
