In order to properly respond to your request, we ask you to follow the following procedure:

Send an email to the following address: info@ef-legal.com attaching the following scanned documents:

• Application form for the exercise of ARCO rights, duly completed and signed. (Request form).

• Simple and legible copy of Identity Document

• Simple and legible copy of the Validity of Special Power in case of representation of a company.

• Documents that support the request, if applicable.

DEADLINES

We will respond to your request within the deadlines established by Law.

• Upon exercise of the right of access: twenty (20) days.

• Upon the exercise of the rights of rectification, cancellation or opposition: ten (10) days.

NOTIFICATION OF RESPONSE

ESTUDIO FUENTES will proceed to notify the response to your request to the email address indicated in the application form. The owner of personal data authorizes and accepts the sending of notifications referring to this procedure to said address.
